Cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing. Depending on the service booked (flights, hotels, tours, or transfers) and the timing of the request, cancellation fees may apply, as determined by our suppliers’ individual policies (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for their journey. SAM Travel Life is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
SAM Travel Life acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer providers). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused directly by these third parties.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage, as such coverage is not automatically included in our packages.
SAM Travel Life makes every effort to ensure accurate and reliable service but shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
